Opening Hours

Flowershack opening hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm

Saturday 10am - 3pm

Should you wish to order outside of these hours please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Tell me more about Flowershack deliveries?

As a local florist, we can offer discounted delivery charge to Poringland and Brooke. Please use promo code PORINGLAND or BROOKE at checkout to receive delivery for £1 (Deliveries using this code that are not in Poringland or Brooke will be required to pay a full delivery charge or your order will not be fulfilled and a refund will be issued).

 

A small carrying charge of £5 is added for deliveries thereafter.

For events we cover the whole of Norfolk and parts of Suffolk, please contact us for a quote.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that they supply us with accurate delivery and contact details. Flowershack takes no liability for orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or inaccurate details.

Flowershack aims to deliver right first time. When the recipient isn't at the location given for delivery, our driver will supply a calling card and attempt to leave the flowers in a safe and secure location, or with a neighbour. If this isn't possible the flowers will be returned to the workshop to await the intended recipient making contact with us to arrange an agreed alternative option.

Please note, during peak delivery times such as Valentines Day and Mothers Day - deliveries will start from 08:00am. We cannot guarantee a delivery time during peak periods.

Please add a preferred delivery date into the additional information box on the purchase page. We will try our best to adhere to your preference. In instances where we are not able to deliver on your preferred delivery date we will contact you to discuss. Please include a contact number to enable us to do this. 

 

Orders without a preferred delivery date stated in the additional information box will be dealt with as an as soon as possible delivery date order. This means your order will be delivered within a 1-2 day turn around time from the date of receiving your order. We have a cut off time of 2pm for all orders. Orders placed after this time will be picked up the following working day by which the 1-2 day delivery time will then start. Orders placed on a Friday for delivery as soon as possible will be picked up the following working day, and be dealt with in the usual 1-2 Day turn around time.

What payments does Flowershack accept?

We can accept payment in a way that suits you, please see below for options:

- All major credit or debit cards

- Paypal

- Bank Transfer

- COVID-19 safe cash payments

(Please note we cannot accept cheque as a form of payment).

Tell me more about the Flowershack substitution policy?

Whilst we do our best to ensure that you always receive the arrangement desired, there are occasions where a substitution may have to be made.


Should there be a need to change an item, we will contact you to advise of the situation and only offer flowers, sundries or packaging of equal or greater size, shape and value.

How do I care for my Flowershack arrangment?

- Care cards are supplied with every delivery, please ensure that you follow these to get the maximum enjoyment from your order. Not taking proper care of the arrangement could result in lessening the lifespan of your chosen product.

- Some of our products can be harmful to humans and animals. Flowershack takes no liability or responsibility for product misuse or negligence resulting in harm to any parties.

- Some of the flowers used in our arrangements can cause staining if coming into contact with other items. It is the recipient's responsibility to handle any products with due care and attention.

Can I cancel an order?

Refunds will be given dependant on whether the flower arrangement has been made already. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Unfortunately bespoke items ordered will not be eligible for a refund. In cases where the bespoke items have been ordered but the arrangement hasn't been made, we may, at our discretion refund the difference between the items ordered and the retail price charged.

For event booking cancellations please contact the team on 01508 550019 or contact@flowershack.company. We reserve the right to retain any booking fee monies paid to secure a date, to cover administration costs and potential lost revenue.

How do I make an enquiry for an Event booking?

A full break down of our terms and conditions will be supplied at the time of quote. Please contact us on 01508 550019 or at contact@flowershack.company for all enquiries relating to events.

What is the Flowershack complaint procedure?

In the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint, please contact us immediately to arrange collection of the order. Flowershack takes all complaints seriously and may need to raise a case with one of our suppliers. If the fault is determined as being ours, we will replace or refund the order.

Please note any and all complaints must be made within 24hrs of the delivery of the arrangement. Beyond this time it is assumed that you are happy with the arrangement, and Flowershack will no longer be liable for the rectification of any complaints.

Corporate, local business & single stem orders

For regular corporate orders please contact us with your requirements. Flowershack can offer a regular and flexible flower delivery service to suit your business needs. 

There is a minimum single stem flower order value of £20 plus delivery charge. This will apply to all local business as well as individual customer orders. Please get in contact to discuss your requirements.
